Returns

Return is not applicable; only replacement will be provided.

Replacement product will be delivered within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

If you are unsure about the eligibility of a product, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the replacement product.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
