Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I know my trees are actually planted?

A: To know about your tree plantation, you can scan the QR code on your certificate. It takes you directly to the Digital Forest, where you can view the exact Google location of the plantation site along with regular photo updates showing plantation progress and tree growth. You can also plan a site visit at any time.

Q: Can I visit my planted trees?

A: Absolutely! Each project has a geofenced location, so you can visit the plantation site anytime using the shared location. If you’d like support, you can coordinate with our field team to see the progress on the ground.

Q: What happens if my tree doesn't survive?

A: We guarantee 80% survival rate. If your tree doesn't survive, we will plant a replacement at no additional cost and provide updates on the new tree.

Q: How long do you maintain the trees?

A: We provide 3 years of intensive care, including watering, fertilizing, and protection. After that, trees are typically self-sustaining with community support.
